This is a new restaurant that opened about one month now. I have had dim sum there once the first week and it was quite good and surprisingly busy on a weekday. I have dinner there about 5 times now with large groups and it has improved each time we went there in years of food and service. I would have given it 3.5 in the first week but my last meal this week was very good in every dish we ordered. The serving staff are also more cohesive. We will definitely return soon and try some other dishes. The Winter Melon Soup (special pre-order) was quite delightful. We have booked another date to come back to have it again. With the 15% discount promotion now, it is a good time to give them a try.

Great food, good prices. We went at 8:30 in the morning so we wouldn't have to deal with crowds. This was wise because the service became noticeably worse as it got busier. We had several people trying to flag the staff for hot water, and no one noticed until we physically walked over and asked. It was just as hard to get their attention for the bill. Again, good food, and service was fast at the time we came. The service just made for an odd experience.
